Mr. Peter Obi, the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 election, has departed Nigeria on a three-day visit to Egypt to investigate, among other things, the Egyptian power sector, education, planning, and finance sectors.
Obi, who flew out of Nigeria on Tuesday, posted images from the airport to his verified Twitter account.
According to the former governor of Anambra state, he set out on the voyage as part of a thorough examination of countries that are comparable to Nigeria.
"I just flew to Egypt for a three-day tour as part of my extensive analysis of comparable countries to Nigeria," he stated. In Egypt, I'll be asked to shadow the Egyptian power, education, planning, and finance sectors, among others. -PO"
Young Nigerians around the country are organizing a statewide grassroots effort to raise awareness and support for Peter Obi as their preferred candidate for President of Nigeria.
In what is shaping up to be the most hotly contested election in Nigerian history, tactics are being deployed across the country to ensure that either Abubakar Atiku, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, or Peter Obi emerge victorious in the general election in February 2023.
Obi, who has promised to make Nigeria a better nation if elected president, is seeking knowledge and experience that will help him manage the country.
